Since most of our products are customized, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing flaw or an error on our part, including wrong text, logos, or graphics you provided. Custom products are made to your order and thus cannot be gained by other customers. To clarify this, though, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen or some issues can be beyond our control, but we are adamant about delivering your satisfaction. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will be considered under the following circumstances:

Defective Products

If, due to a production process, your product was printed with the wrong ink, has a poor design, or was produced with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product or refund the money. We are cautious when making our products and do not wish to let any error be lost, but if one happens, we can fix it.

Incorrect Orders

If the orders you placed have flaws in the design, size, type of paper, or quantity because of our mistake, we will do the work without charging you a dime. We accept full or partial blame for any misunderstanding in handling your order and will ensure we give you the right products once possible.

Damage During Shipping

Even though we show much concern when packing your order for dispatch, products may be damaged during transit. Late Or Incorrect Delivery

In case your order is delayed or received at the wrong address because we screwed up, then we carry full responsibility to either rush you a replacement or give you your money back. After receiving the RA number, you will be instructed on how to return the product as instructed. If the return is a result on our end (defective item, wrong order), then we bear the cost of the return shipment. However, should you wish to return the product for another reason such as dissatisfaction or change of mind, the cost of return shipping will be to your account. Remember to have the item wrapped again to avoid more damage on their way back to the seller.

Inspection And Processing of Returned Items

Custom Products
